  HAEMATOLOGICAL DISEASES & DISORDERS LEARNING OBJECTIVES : At Completion of this module you will be able to: 🌸differentiate between malignant & non malignant haematological diseases  🌸 describe the key clinical features of leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma HAEMATOLOGY   Hematology   r elates to the management of blood disorders and blood cancers; they are divided into two categories:  Malignant and Non Malignant  Diseases . Non-malignant haematological diseases   Group of non- cancer blood disorders. They  can be autoimmune or inherited and some may be pre-malignant They have the potential to transform into cancer in the future.  This includes  some of the myelodysplastic and myeloproliferative disorders.      Malignant Hematological diseases: is the uncontrolled proliferation of blood cells throughout their development , there are three major classifications of malignant hematological diseases.
